We are based out of Dempo House in Campal. It’s a well-known building in this part of town, right near the water. We’ve been here for quite some time now, doing food manufacturing. It’s a big industry, but we try to keep things grounded. The office is usually a bit of a hub for people coming and going from different production sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over schedules. It’s not always the most exciting work, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing our products on the shelves. We don't have all the bells and whistles of a fancy tech company. Our desks are filled with product samples and logistics reports. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. Sometimes the humidity gets to us, but the breeze from the river helps a bit. We don’t have a polished corporate handbook that we follow to the letter. We just try to make good decisions and handle the daily challenges as they pop up. It’s a steady pace of life. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure the food we produce is something we’d be happy to have in our own kitchens. That is really the heart of what we do here in Campal.
