Star Pack Oils

Over in Kindlem, down in the Canacona area, is where we run Star Pack Oils. It’s a quiet part of the world compared to the tourist spots. We spend our time processing and packing oils. You can usually smell what we’re working on from down the road. It’s a messy business, and we’re always cleaning up spills or wiping down the machinery. The building isn't anything special, just a functional space where we can get the work done. We have a few local folks who help us out during the busy seasons. Most of our days are spent watching the machines and making sure the bottles are filled correctly. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it with whatever tools we have on hand. It’s not a high-tech operation, but it works for us. We sell to the local shops and some distributors who come by. We don’t have a fancy sales pitch. The oil is good, and people keep coming back for it, so that’s enough for us. Being in Canacona is nice, even if the humidity makes everything feel a bit sticky in the afternoons. We just keep the doors open and do our work. It’s a decent life, staying local and providing something that people in the neighborhood actually use every day. We don't need any big plans for the future.
