Villa Calangute Resort Private Limited is based right in the heart of Gaura Vaddo. Our office is at house number 1/116. Calangute is a place that everyone knows, but Gaura Vaddo has its own feel, especially when you step off the main road. Our building is a simple one, and it’s been the center of our work for quite some time now. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. It’s just a place where we come every morning to handle the business of running our villas. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff—papers, old files, and a few coffee mugs that probably need washing. During the season, it gets very busy, and there’s always someone coming or going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the local suppliers who drop by. It can be a bit dusty when the wind blows in from the road, and the heat in April can be something else, but we’re used to it. We don't go for any of that corporate talk about excellence or being the best. We just focus on the practical things, like making sure the pools are clean and the staff are ready. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We’re just people who live here and work here, trying to keep everything running smoothly without making a big fuss about it.
