Unzoned Resorts Private Limited is up on the 3rd floor of house number 1/140/A20 in Cuchelim. If you don't know the area, Cuchelim is part of Bardez in North Goa, just a bit outside the main hustle of Mapusa town. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a climb to get to the office, but it gives us a nice view of the surrounding trees and houses. It is a quiet spot, which is helpful when we are trying to get through a lot of paperwork or manage our resort details. We don't have a big fancy elevator or a marble lobby. It is just a regular building where we have set up our workspace. We have been here for a while and it feels like a good fit for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate look. We are just a local business doing our thing in a corner of Goa that still feels relatively peaceful. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at our desks, making sure everything is sorted for the business. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just life here and we deal with it as it comes. It is a simple, honest way to work, and we like the independence of being in our own space in Cuchelim. It’s where we feel most at home while getting things done.
