We are based out of Villa Violetabadem, which is House No 566/4-C in Assagao. It’s a beautiful part of North Goa, very green and much quieter than the towns. Being in Assagao, near Anjuna, means we are surrounded by old trees and nice houses rather than concrete blocks. Our office is inside this villa, which gives us a lot of space to breathe. We’ve turned some of the rooms into workspaces with desks, chairs, and all the technical equipment we need for our projects at Startwith Basicx Private Limited. It’s a very relaxed place to work. You can hear the birds outside and the occasional cow wandering past. We don’t have a formal dress code or strict office hours in the way big companies do. We just make sure the work gets finished on time. The name of the company reflects how we like to keep things simple and focus on the fundamentals. We don’t go in for fancy talk or expensive office furniture. Most of our furniture is just practical stuff we’ve picked up over time. It’s an honest, quiet way to run a tech business. People who visit us often comment on how peaceful it is here compared to the city. We just do our work, enjoy the surroundings, and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible for the people we serve. Working from a villa in Assagao definitely beats sitting in a windowless office cubicle all day. It's just a regular house where we do our business.
