Kernel Infosoft Services is based out of Siolim, in the Bardez area of Goa. Our address is House Number 71 in Gaunsavaddo. It’s a very different vibe from the offices you see in the big cities. We aren't in a tall building with elevators and air-conditioned lobbies. Instead, we’re tucked away in a local house in a village area. It’s quiet most of the time, except for the birds and the occasional scooter passing by on the road outside. Working from here means we don't have to deal with heavy traffic or the rush of a city center. The office inside is just a few rooms with our equipment and some old wooden chairs. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of greenery around the house, which is nice when you need to step outside and clear your head for a few minutes. Most of us are locals or have lived in Goa long enough to appreciate the slower pace of life here. We don't have a canteen, so we usually just bring stuff from home or get something from the small shops nearby. It’s a very relaxed environment, but we still manage to stay on top of our work. Sometimes the power goes out when it rains heavily, but that’s just part of living in this part of Siolim. We just wait it out and get back to it.
