Ourem Microsystems

Ourem Microsystems is located at Nirman Bhawan within the CPWD Complex in Bambolim. Being in Goa, people often think we are working near the beach with a view of the ocean, but it’s nothing like that. This is a government-style complex, very functional and serious. The walls are that standard office color and there are plenty of files and equipment everywhere. We work on microsystems, which is pretty detailed stuff that requires a lot of patience. Bambolim is a good spot because it’s a bit more central for logistics, even if it’s not as scenic as the tourist spots. Our daily life is just coming in, checking the systems, and making sure everything is running right. We don’t have a big HR team or a marketing wing. It’s mostly engineers and technicians who just care about the work. The address is 403 202, and we have been here for a good stretch of time. We like the quiet of the CPWD complex because it lets us get on with our technical tasks without much interruption. It’s not a fancy tech startup with beanbags and free snacks.
