Softech Computer Services is tucked into Shop No. 7 at Mathais Plaza. We are actually located behind the Vijaya Bank, so you might have to look a little bit to find us if you haven't been here before. Being behind the bank makes it a bit quieter than the main road, which is actually good when you are trying to concentrate on fixing a complicated software issue. We handle a lot of different things, from installing new programs to fixing printers that refuse to feed paper correctly. The shop is mostly filled with towers, monitors, and various boxes of software and parts. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon signs; we just have our desk and our tools. Most of our customers are local office workers or students who need their laptops fixed for their classes. We spend most of the day staring at screens or poking around inside computer cases. It can get a bit tedious when a repair takes longer than expected, but that is just the nature of working with technology. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when talking to people because we know most people just want their computer to work again so they can get on with their day. We have been at Mathais Plaza for a bit now, and we are happy to be the local spot for computer help in this neighborhood.
