We are set up at Plot No. B/S6 in the Campal Trade Centre, right across from the Kala Academy in Panjim. Ecletic Developer Pvt. Ltd. is a small group of us working on various building projects across Goa, including down in Canacona. Being in Panjim is nice because we are right in the middle of things. We spend a lot of time dealing with permits and checking on our construction crews. Developing land isn't as simple as it looks on TV. There’s always something that needs fixing or a delay we didn't expect. We try to stay grounded and just deal with one thing at a time. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans. We just build things and hope they serve the people who use them. Sometimes the weather in Goa slows us down, especially during the monsoon, but we keep pushing through. We’ve worked on a few different types of buildings over the years. People stop by the office to ask about progress or to see what we have coming up next. We just tell them the truth about how long things will take. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of how the town is growing. Our office is usually full of blueprints and coffee cups. It’s just how we work, day in and day out, trying to get the next project finished.
