O'Presidente Non-Hotels Private Limited

O'Presidente Non-Hotels Private Limited is based in a quiet part of Miramar. You can find us at Lake View Colony, on the first floor of House No 4. We chose the name 'Non-Hotels' because we wanted to do things a bit differently from the big chains that you see everywhere else. Our office overlooks the colony and it’s actually quite peaceful most mornings. It’s just a regular house converted into a workspace, so it feels very lived-in. We have a few desks, some old maps on the wall, and the usual clutter of a busy office. Miramar is a nice area, not as hectic as the northern beaches, so we can actually hear ourselves think here. We spend our days managing properties and talking to people who want a more local experience when they visit Goa. It’s not a very polished operation, honestly. We make mistakes, we fix them, and we keep moving forward. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a glossy brochure to hand out. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone drinking tea and working through a pile of paperwork. We like the honesty of working this way. It’s just us, doing our best to run things properly without all the corporate fluff. The building is older, and the stairs creak a bit, but it’s got character, and that suits us just fine.
