We are based in Goa, specifically at 29 Defence Colony in Porvorim. Working here is definitely different than being in a place like Bangalore or Chennai. Omnex India Pvt Ltd has been in this office for a while, and we’ve grown to really like the neighborhood. It’s a quiet residential area, so we don’t have much noise to deal with, except for the birds or the occasional rain storm. Our work is pretty technical—we deal with quality systems and training for various industries. It’s not the kind of thing you’d expect to find in a holiday destination, but there’s a lot of business happening here in Goa. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a house that’s been turned into a workspace. We don’t have a big sign or any fancy branding outside. We like to keep things low-key. Most of our clients come to us through referrals, so we don’t have to spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big corporate machine. We just do our work, help people get their certifications, and then head home. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in India; we just want to be the one that people trust when they need something done right without any fuss.
