Ocean Breeze Hospitality Llp is located at Block No. D 005 in Porbavado, right in Calangute Village. Being in Calangute means we are in one of the most famous parts of North Goa, though Porbavado is a bit more tucked away from the main beach road. Our business is all about hospitality, which in this village means things are almost always moving. We have a small office in Block D where we handle all the bookings and the day-to-day issues that pop up. It isn't a large corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a place where you'll find us with a cup of tea, trying to sort out the schedule for the week. Calangute can be very loud and busy, especially when the tourists arrive in large numbers, so we have to be quite organized to keep up. We spend a lot of time checking on rooms, talking to guests, and making sure the staff has what they need to do their jobs. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. We don't really have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the place is clean and that people who stay with us are happy enough to come back next year. Working in Bardez has its challenges, but we like being where the action is. It's honest, busy work, and we just take each day as it comes here in the village. It is just the way we like to work.
