N To N Solutions Llp is based in Manvin Mansion, which is a well-known building in Panaji. We are in Office No 4 on the ground level. Being in the heart of North Goa means we are close to everything, which is handy but also means the streets are always full of people and cars. The office itself is quite old-fashioned. We haven’t done much to change the look of it because we’re more interested in getting our work done than having a fancy interior. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and our computers. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for us. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking through problems that our clients need solved. It’s a small operation, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no hierarchy or formal dress code here. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the day is over. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of working in an older part of the city. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures. People usually find us because they heard about us from someone else or they saw our small sign in the building corridor. It’s a practical way to run things, and we like the history of being in an older building like Manvin Mansion. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical tasks.
