We’ve been operating here for a bit now. It’s not a huge resort with thousands of rooms. It’s a smaller setup, which makes it easier for us to keep an eye on everything. We spend a lot of our time outdoors, making sure the grounds are okay and the rooms are ready for guests. It’s a lot of physical work, especially with the Goa humidity. We don't have a fancy corporate office. We just work from the property. The 'eco' part of our name just means we try not to waste too much stuff. We aren't big on advertising. Most people just happen to find us when they’re looking for a place near the beach in Pernem. It’s a pretty simple way to run a business. We don't have any big mission statements. We just wake up, do the work, and hope for the best. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it. We’re just a local team trying to provide a decent place to stay.
