Ksands Hospitality And Tourism Private is tucked away in I Block No. 002 at Deveshree Garden in Porvorim Alto. If you know North Goa, you know Porvorim is a place that stays pretty busy with people moving between the coast and the city. We work out of this spot, handling different parts of the tourism and hospitality world. It's not a flashy office or anything, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Being in Deveshree Garden means we have a bit of a settled feel to our workday. We spend most of our hours sorting out travel plans, looking after guest needs, and making sure the hospitality side of things is running like it should. It involves a lot of phone calls and paperwork, which isn't always exciting, but it has to be done to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It's a smaller setup where we all know each other and know what needs to happen next. Every day is a bit different depending on who is visiting or what part of the season it is. We just try to stay on top of the details and make sure the people who use our services are looked after properly. It’s honest work in a nice part of North Goa, and we’re happy to be based here in Porvorim Alto where the pace feels just about right for us. It’s a simple setup for a simple team.
