It'S Goa Llp is based in Sapana Gardens on Chogam Road in Porvorim. We are in Flat No. A7. If you know Porvorim, you know that Chogam Road is always busy with cars and bikes. Our office is just a flat in one of the residential blocks there. It’s a very local setup. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just come up to the flat and find us at our desks. It’S Goa Llp is a small operation. We are just a few people who like working in North Goa. The flat has everything we need to get our work done. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are usually some papers on the desks and maybe a few tea cups lying around. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to do our part. Being in Sapana Gardens is convenient because everything is nearby. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't have a mission statement or a big list of goals on the wall. We just wake up and get to work on whatever is on the schedule for that day. It’s a simple, honest way of doing things. We like the independence of running our own place from a regular flat in Porvorim. It feels more real that way.
