Down in South Goa, specifically at Patnem, you’ll find us at House No. 52/2. This is where Influence Hospitality Private Limited is based. Patnem is a lot quieter than the north, and we like it that way. The office is inside an old house, which gives it a bit of character that you don't find in those new office blocks. We spend our time managing our hospitality projects from here. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with local vendors and making sure our staff at the properties have everything they need to keep things going. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. It’s just a place where we sit and get the administrative work done. The sound of the trees and the general calm of Patnem makes it a nice place to work, even when things get stressful. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just running a local business in a way that makes sense to us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait for it to come back while we chat about what needs to be fixed next. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We handle the bookings, the repairs, and the planning right from this house. It’s a small operation, but we put a lot of hours into making it work.
