We are located in Auchutwado, Sirsaim, which is just a short hop from Mapusa. Our office for GHD Hotels LLP is on the ground floor of house number SY.NO 283-14. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the Bardez area well. Being on the ground floor is great because we don’t have to lug files up and down any stairs. Sirsaim is a nice mix of quiet residential spots and the bustle of nearby Mapusa. We spend our days here focusing on the nuts and bolts of the hotel business. It's a lot of checking lists, talking to staff, and making sure the maintenance is being done properly. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, the people who actually run the place. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when the market in Mapusa is in full swing, but otherwise, it's a steady rhythm. We like the fact that we are integrated into the community here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some sturdy tables and a good fan for the afternoon heat. We handle the bookings and the back-end stuff that keeps everything else running. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve grown to like the neighborhood and the people around us. It's just how we work.
