FERNANDES INFRA & HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Merces, in a place called Carmi Bhat. It’s a bit of a hidden spot near Panjim, but we’ve been here for quite some time. The house number is 97/2. We do a mix of things, mostly focusing on infrastructure and hotel projects. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we are registered as a private limited company. The Fernandes name is local, and we take that seriously. We don’t have a flashy showroom or a big corporate headquarters. Most of our work happens on-site or in our small office here in the village. Working in Goa means dealing with the weather and the local ways of doing things, which we understand well. We handle the building side of things and also the management of hotel properties. It keeps us busy all year round. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in North Goa, just a reliable one that gets the job done without making a big scene. Sometimes we have a lot of projects going at once, and other times we focus on finishing one big task. It's honest work, and we like being part of the Merces community. People know where to find us if they need something done right. We just do our best to stay busy and keep our clients happy with the work we put in every day. It’s about being practical and showing up to do the job properly.
