Our office for Ethan Leisure Hotels Private Limited is located over in Tivim, specifically in the Indira Nagar area. If you know Dhanva, you know it’s a bit of a trek from the main beach belt, but we like the pace here. We are based out of North Goa, but Tivim has a different energy compared to the coastal side. It’s more about the local life and the greenery. We spend our time managing our hotel interests from this spot. It’s not a flashy setup. We have what we need to get the work done, and that’s about it. Most days involve a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure our supplies are arriving on time. The weather can be a bit damp in the monsoons, but the office stays dry enough. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in Goa; we just want to run a solid business that people can rely on. Being in Indira Nagar means we are close to the railway station, which is handy for logistics. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay ahead of the schedule. It’s honest work, and we don't try to sugarcoat it. There's always a leak to fix or a bill to pay, and we just handle it as it comes. It’s a quiet place to work, and we’ve made a decent little home for the business here.
