Our company is Esmeralda Hotel Andresorts Privatelimited. We are based over in Dona Paula at Bay View Colony. You can find us at House No 250/11, which is part of the Ocean View area. It’s a pretty nice spot with a good view, which is why we like being here. We aren't a big, fancy corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. Most of our work involves managing the property and talking to guests. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer in our office. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't like using corporate talk or making big promises we can't keep. It is just about providing a place to stay and making sure it is clean and functional. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or things don't go exactly as planned, but we do our best to sort it out. We’ve been in Dona Paula for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood well. It’s a good place for a business like ours. We just take things one day at a time and try to do a good job for the people who choose to stay with us. We’ve learned that being direct and practical is usually the best way to handle the hospitality business in a place like this. It is hard work, but we find it worth the effort.
