Corner Stone School

We are located over in Acoi Village, near the Tivim Industrial Estate in Goa. Specifically, we're at 35D/3 Dias Villa in Karaswada. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you have the industrial side and then the village side. Our school has been here for a bit, serving the families who live and work in this part of North Goa. It’s not like the touristy parts of Goa you see on postcards. This is where people actually live and work. The school building is more like a large house, which gives it a different feel than those big institutional blocks. We have a few rooms converted into classrooms. It’s a bit tight sometimes, but we make it work. The teachers are locals who walk or take the bus here every morning. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we rely on people just knowing we are here. If you walk past, you’ll hear the kids reciting their lessons or playing during their break. We try to keep things simple. There isn't any fancy tech or expensive equipment, just books, pens, and teachers who care about what they are doing. We've had students come through these doors for years now, and we just keep doing what we've always done. It’s just a normal school in a quiet corner of Karaswada. We try to keep the garden out front somewhat neat, but the kids usually end up running through it anyway.
