If you find yourself near the Casino Hotel in Alto Pilerne, you might spot Canform Systems Private Limited. We are in shop Gf-1, part of house number 417/12. It’s a North Goa location that’s pretty handy since it’s close to Mapusa but not right in the middle of the crowded market. We’ve been working out of this ground floor space for some time now. It’s a basic office setup, really. We have our computers, some desks, and a lot of cables everywhere. Working in Pilerne is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed than the bigger cities. Most of our work involves systems and technical stuff that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't the type to have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, it's just a few of us talking over a desk about a project. We keep things very direct and practical here. If something isn't working, we stay late until it is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, so we just rely on doing a decent job so people come back. The shop is small but it has everything we need to get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty being near the road, but that’s just part of the deal. Being near the Casino Hotel makes it easy to give people directions. We usually just tell them to look for the ground floor shop. It’s just one of those things you learn when you work here.
