Our main office for ALIVA HOLIDAY RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is situated in Mapusa. We are up on the third floor of the Soares Sapphire building, specifically in Office No. 310, Chalta No. 40. Mapusa is a real working town, and being here keeps us grounded. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. The office itself is quite functional. We’ve got our computers, a small pantry for making coffee, and a lot of files. From our window, you can see the hustle of the town below, especially on Friday when the market is in full swing. It’s noisy and crowded, but that’s the energy we enjoy. We manage our holiday resorts from this central spot because it’s easy to get to different parts of North Goa from here. We aren't a big, fancy corporation with a lot of layers. It’s just a small team of us working together to keep the resorts running. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we get to it. Sometimes the rains make the roof damp, and we have to move the desks around, but we just get on with it. It’s a very local, practical way of doing business in Goa, and it works for us.
