Our office is tucked away in Alto Porvorim, specifically on the second floor of a building right above the Navtara Hotel. If you know the Pilerne area, you probably know where that is. It's a busy part of North Goa, and being near the highway makes it easy for us to get around. We handle different hospitality projects from here. It's not a big, glass-walled office building, just a regular flat converted into a workspace. There are a few of us working here most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, checking on how things are going. Accovah isn't some giant international firm; we're a local private company trying to do a good job in the Goan market. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the traffic on the way to Panjim is a nightmare, but that's just how it is living and working here. We mostly focus on managing properties and making sure the owners and guests are happy with the way things are run. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We like being in Porvorim because it's central. Most of our work is about the small details that people might not notice, but they matter to us. We just take things as they come and try to keep the business moving forward steadily without making things more complicated than they need to be for our clients.
