If you find yourself in Yamuna Vihar, we are at C 12 312. It’s right here in Delhi, 110053. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always noise outside. Ranbaxy Lab Ltd has been in this spot for quite a while. It’s a compact space, so we have to stay organized. Everything has its place. We do lab work, mostly small scale stuff. There’s no big sign on the door, just the house number. We like it that way because it keeps things quiet. We aren't looking for walk-in customers. Most of our work is planned out weeks in advance. The staff here is small. We all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a very local feel. We have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. The desks are covered in folders and notebooks. We aren't using the latest computers, but the ones we have work just fine. We don't do much marketing because we don't need to. The work keeps coming in regardless. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big delivery, but we make it work. We just move things around until they fit. It's just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We show up, do the lab work, and go home. That's really all there is to it. We keep things simple and honest here.
