Dhingra Construction Co

Dhingra Construction Co is run out of our place at House Number 67 in Gali Number 13. It's tucked away in O Block. We do a lot of building work around this part of Delhi. It started small and we just kept going with whatever projects came our way. Mostly we handle renovations and new builds for people who need extra space or are starting from scratch. Construction is loud and messy, there is no way around that. We spend our days dealing with bricks, cement, and trying to keep the schedules on track. It doesn't always go perfectly because of the weather or materials arriving late, but we show up and do what needs doing. Our office isn't much to look at, just a desk and some blueprints scattered around. Most of the real action happens on the sites. We know the local suppliers well since we’ve been buying from them for years. It's a lot of physical labor and long hours on our feet. Sometimes we’re working in the heat and other times it’s the rain causing delays. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at a job site. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We just focus on the task at hand until the walls are up and the roof is on. Sometimes we have to deal with neighbors complaining about the noise, but that’s just part of the job. We keep working until the sun goes down and then prepare for the next day.
