We are located in Shahdara, specifically at 1 7256 C in the Shivaji Park area. Delhi 110032 is a busy part of the city to be in. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It is a bit of a small office, but it gets the job done for us. People come in looking for something better, and we try to see what fits their skills. It is not always easy because the job market changes so fast these days. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that are probably a bit too full. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking over to the park. Sometimes we have to tell people a certain job isn't a good match, which is the hard part of the work. But when someone gets a call back, it feels like we actually did something useful. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting in a suit. Usually, it is just one of us opening the door when someone knocks. We keep it simple. If you are in Shahdara and looking for work, you have probably walked past our building many times. We have been here for a bit now, just trying to help folks find their next paycheck. It is a lot of phone calls and emails, every single day. That is just how we run things here in the office.
