Mathurs Kitchen

Mathurs Kitchen is located on Loni Road in Pocket F of the GTB Enclave, inside DDA Market 41276. It’s a typical market shop. We spend our time preparing home-style food for anyone who stops by or orders from the neighborhood. It’s not a big commercial operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it’s just a couple of us in the back getting the day’s specials ready. The DDA market can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends, so we have to stay on our toes. We don’t use a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff you’d find in a regular kitchen, only on a slightly bigger scale. We try to keep things tasting like they would if you made them at home. That’s what people around GTB Enclave seem to like about us. We’ve been at this spot for a while and we know most of our neighbors. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, but most days we are chopping and stirring from early morning. It gets quite warm in the summer months but we keep the kitchen moving. We don't have a big mission statement or anything, we just want to cook food that people find filling and honest. We keep our prices fair because we know everyone’s trying to get by. It’s a local kitchen for local people. Most of the time we are just focused on the next order coming in and making sure the containers are packed properly.
