Our place is at C-319 in Dayal Pur, right near the Post Office Puri. Being in this part of Delhi 110094 keeps us pretty busy. S Lite Bite Foods started small and we’ve stayed pretty close to those roots. We aren’t a giant factory with machines everywhere; it’s more hands-on than that. The neighborhood knows us, and we know them. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the narrow streets, but we manage to get everything sorted. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the food and nothing else. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just think about what people want to eat and how to make it happen. The office part is just a couple of desks tucked in the corner. We spend most of our time making sure things are moving and the quality is okay. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but that’s just Delhi for you. We’ve got a few people who have been with us since the beginning. We’re not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things running smoothly and honestly. You can usually smell what’s cooking if you’re walking past the building. It’s just a normal business run by people who care about what they’re doing. No polish, just hard work and a lot of daily hustle to get the orders out.
