It is a bit of a long address to write down, but once you are here, it makes sense. We are basically a local halwai setup that also does catering. The kitchen is always active with the smell of frying and sugar syrup. We’ve been in this gali for a long time. Everyone knows us as the guys who are always boiling something in big iron kadhais. The street is narrow, so we have to be careful when we bring in supplies. It’s a very traditional kind of place. We don't use computers for much, mostly just paper diaries for our bookings. The walls are a bit stained from the steam, but that’s just a sign of work being done. We have a few benches where people sit and wait. It gets very busy during the festival season, and we barely have time to sleep then. Loni Rd is always full of traffic, but our little corner in Gali No 4 is where we feel at home. It’s a family-run feel here, even with the workers. We just try to do an honest day's work and keep the fires going. There is always a lot to clean up at the end of the day.
