We are located at G 332 on Street No 16 in West Karawal Nagar. It’s deep in the lanes of North East Delhi, and it’s definitely not the kind of place you find by accident. You have to know the turns. The streets are narrow, and it can be a bit of a squeeze when two vehicles try to pass each other. M S Tnt India is run from here. It is a very humble setup. We have a front area where we handle the packages and a small back office with a couple of old chairs. There’s always a layer of dust on everything because of the construction nearby, but we do our best to keep things tidy. We aren't a big flashy courier hub with robots and conveyor belts. It is mostly manual work—sorting things, checking addresses, and loading up the smaller vans. The neighborhood is very residential, so we know most of the people living on our street. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise of the shutter going up early in the morning, but we try to be quiet. It’s just honest, local work. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big mission statement on the wall. We just take the parcels that come in and make sure they get to where they are supposed to go. It’s a long day, and the work is often physically tiring, but it’s what we do to keep things moving.
