Ishuarts

Our workshop is located at 1/3819 Bhagwan Pur Khera, right off Loni Road in Shahdara. Ishuarts is basically just a room filled with paint, brushes, and whatever materials we’re working with that week. It’s a bit cramped because we keep a lot of old projects in the corners. The neighborhood is pretty loud and busy, with a lot of traffic coming off the main road. We’ve got a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead bulbs. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won’t find anyone in a suit here. We’re usually covered in a bit of paint or glue. We do various types of art pieces and signs. Some days we are just sitting there for hours working on small details. Other days we are moving big frames around. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. People in Shahdara just know where we are. We’ve been at this address for years, and the neighbors are used to seeing us hauling stuff in and out. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, so we have to move everything to the center of the room. We just deal with those things as they happen. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do. We just keep making stuff.
