Novatrix Designs Pvt Ltd is spread across a few units in the Ashish Commercial Complex—F-203, 204, and 205 A. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. We needed the extra space because things kept piling up. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners in the complex. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our workshops are always full of materials and tools. It’s not a clean, white-wall kind of office. There’s dust and scraps of stuff everywhere because we’re actually making things. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to look polished. We’d rather just show the work we’ve done. We’ve got a core group of people who have been here since the start. We work long hours when a deadline is coming up. It’s practical work. We don't have any grand missions, we just want to build things that look right and stay standing. Sometimes we argue about how to fix a problem, but we always figure it out. The Ashish Commercial Complex is a good home for us. It’s got a bit of grit to it, just like our work. We aren't some big nameless firm. We’re just the people you’ll see if you walk into the F block. We do our best and keep moving forward every day. It's a lot of sweat but it's worth it.
