Inderprastha International Educational Charitable Trust

Setting things up at D 110 Choudhary Munci Ram Gali in Nehru Vihar wasn't exactly easy at the start. The lanes are narrow and finding the right door can be a bit of a puzzle for new visitors. Inderprastha International Educational Charitable Trust operates out of this spot in Delhi 110094. It is a busy place with a lot of coming and going. We have kids and parents dropping by all the time, asking questions or looking for help with school stuff. The building is old but it works for what we need. We have some benches and a whiteboard that has seen better days. There is always someone talking or a child laughing somewhere in the background. It’s not a quiet place for sure. We don't have a massive budget or fancy computers, so we make do with what we have. Sometimes the internet is slow or we run out of chalk, but we just find a way around it. The trust is really just about the people who live in this gali and the surrounding streets. We spend a lot of time just listening to what people need. It’s hard work and the days are long, but being part of Nehru Vihar feels right. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to help out where we can right here in our own little corner of Delhi.
