Icici Bank

Icici Bank is located right in the 110053 area of Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, with narrow streets and lots of shops. It is a very busy neighborhood, so there is always noise coming in from the street. Our office stays pretty packed throughout the day. People drop in for all sorts of things, maybe to withdraw some money or ask about a statement. We don't have a lot of space for anything extra, so every desk is used for work. It is a very practical setup. We see everyone from small shop owners to students coming through the door. It gets quite hot in the summer, and the fans are always going. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but sometimes it piles up when it’s a holiday week. It’s just how it goes here in this part of India. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just help you with your bank account and let you get on with your chores. The local crowd is good, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of life in 110053. It’s a lot of manual work and talking to people face to face. We just keep doing what we do every day. There is no point in complicating things when people just want to get their money sorted and head back out.
