Bennigan'S Grill & Tavern (Saket ,New Delhi)

This Bennigan'S Grill & Tavern is located at F1/40, Dda Flats in Sunder Nagri, specifically near Nand Nagri, New Delhi 110093. It might seem like an odd spot for a grill and tavern if you're used to the big malls, but this is where we are. We've got our kitchen set up and we do what we can with the space. It’s a DDA flat, so it’s not huge, but we make it work. The smells of cooking usually drift out into the hallway. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients or cleaning up after a shift. We’ve been in Sunder Nagri for a bit now and the locals know the spot. It’s just a regular kitchen doing regular food. No need to overcomplicate it with marketing talk. We’re just here working hard every day. We scrub the floors and wash the pots ourselves. It’s a small operation, but we keep the grill going.
