Tricon Inc. is located at D-19 in the Sma Industrial Area, just off the GT Karnal Road. Being near such a major highway means there’s always a background hum of traffic, but inside our gates, it’s all about the work. We have a decent-sized yard and a building that’s been our base for quite a few years now. The industrial area is a mix of all sorts of businesses, and we get along well with our neighbors. Our daily routine is pretty predictable. We open up early, get the lights on, and start working through the orders we have for the week. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. We have heavy-duty tables, old computers, and a lot of filing folders. The air is often filled with the sound of the nearby factories, but we don’t mind it. It’s the sound of people getting things done. We usually have lunch together in the small break area we set up in the back. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we’re always dusting things off. It’s just a normal, hardworking place where we put in the hours and try to do a decent job every day until it’s time to close up.
