Pankhi Engineers & Traders is over at Bj-50 East in Shalimar Bagh. This neighborhood is a mix of people living here and small businesses like ours tucked into different corners. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads, which makes it easier to talk to people who drop by. We handle a bit of everything, from basic engineering supplies to trading different types of parts that people need for their projects. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually crowded with boxes and stacks of paperwork that need sorting. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We spend a lot of our day on the phone trying to track down items for our regulars. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do stay busy. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street while we go over the orders for the week. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare around here if you come at the wrong time, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to do our daily work, help out the folks who call us, and keep things ticking over. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business that fits right into the Shalimar Bagh community.
