Techno Precision Casting

You’ll find us at S-88 in Phase-1 of the Badli Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial spot, lots of noise and the smell of hot metal in the air most days. We do precision casting here, which involves a lot of heat and careful pouring of molten metal. The shop floor is where most of the life of the business happens. We have the furnaces and the molds set up, and it gets pretty warm in there, especially during the summer months. Our guys have been doing this for a long time. They know the rhythm of the metal and when it's ready. Casting isn't something you can rush. You have to wait for things to cool properly or the metal will crack. We handle a lot of small parts that need to be exactly right. If a mold isn't perfect, the whole batch is a waste of time and material. So we are quite particular about the prep work. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the books and take orders. It’s usually covered in a fine layer of dust from the factory floor, but that’s just part of the job. Badli is a tough area, but it’s where the work is. We don’t have fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just show people the parts we’ve already made. It’s a practical business for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty to get things done.
