Bombay Spares India is located at No. 3846 in Shah Ganj, right on G. B. Road. This part of the city is always buzzing with energy, especially with all the machinery and spare parts shops nearby. We’ve been operating out of this small unit for quite a while now. It’s mostly shelves filled with different parts and components for various types of machines. We spend a lot of time looking through old catalogs or searching the back for a specific item a customer needs. G. B. Road is a famous stretch of road, and we are just one of the many specialized shops here. Our place is a bit cramped because of all the stock we keep, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We get grease on the counter and dust on the shelves, but that’s just part of the daily job. People come to us when they can't find a part elsewhere. We don't have a big sales team; it’s usually just one or two of us behind the desk. We keep it straightforward. If we have the part, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we might know who does. It’s a simple way to run things. The building at 3846 has been our base, and we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. We just take it one day at a time and try to help folks out. It is honest work for us.
