Sudershan Measuring & Engg (P) Limited

We are right in the heart of Hauz Qazi at number 4781. If you take the metro to Chawri Bazar, we are just a short walk from the station. The lanes around here are narrow and always full of people pushing carts or carrying heavy metal pipes. Sudershan Measuring & Engg is a Private Limited company, but our shop feels very much like a part of the old market. We have shelves stacked high with all sorts of engineering tools and measuring devices. Most of the time, the air is thick with the smell of the city and the dust from the street. We don't have a big air-conditioned showroom. It is more of a place where you come in, tell us what you are looking for, and we find it in the stacks. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep. We have been working from this location for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners nearby. It is a busy atmosphere where everyone is trying to get things done quickly. We spend our days talking to contractors and engineers who need specific gear for their projects. Sometimes we sit on the small stools behind the counter and wait for the afternoon rush to die down. It is a loud, messy, and very real place to work. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just sell the tools people need to get their own jobs done well.
