Best Engg Tools is located at B 232 in the Bawana Industrial Area. Bawana is quite a distance from the main parts of Delhi, and it is a massive place with thousands of units. We have been in this particular spot for several years now. The building is a simple concrete structure that serves as both our warehouse and our small office. Most of the space is taken up by heavy shelves filled with all kinds of engineering tools. It is a dusty environment because of all the metalwork happening in the nearby units. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who manage the stock and handle the deliveries. Every morning, we get shipments that need to be sorted and put away. It is a lot of physical work, moving crates and boxes around. We do not have a showroom, so customers usually just call us or come by to pick up what they need. The office part is just a desk and a couple of chairs in the corner of the room. It is a very practical setup without any extra comforts. We spend our days checking part numbers and making sure the inventory is correct. It is a quiet kind of work, away from the busy city center. We just focus on keeping our stock levels right for the other businesses in Bawana.
