Standard Pan Corner

If you walk down Model Town G Block G24, you will see our shop, Standard Pan Corner. We’ve been here for years, and it’s become a bit of a landmark for the people living in G Block. The shop isn't very large, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than two people are trying to work behind the counter at once. We spend a lot of our time just sorting through the supplies and making sure everything is in its place. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people talking, so you have to speak up a bit when you're taking an order. It gets especially busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the load is high, but we just ignore it and keep going. It’s a simple life, really. We open up early, sweep the front, and get the materials ready for the day. My cousin and I run the place, and we often lose track of time just talking to the regulars who stop by for a minute. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. Just a plain shop where we do our work. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains and nobody wants to be out in Model Town, but we stay open anyway. It’s just what we do. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep our heads down and prepare things.
