Shiva Stain Steel Pvt. Ltd is based out of the Wazirpur Industrial Area. Our office is at A-116. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s mostly factories and a lot of trucks moving around all day. It’s loud and busy, and there’s always the sound of metal being moved or machines running somewhere nearby. We deal with stainless steel in various forms. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers who come by. We spend a lot of our time checking the quality of the steel coming in and making sure the orders are ready for dispatch. It’s a lot of physical work, and the floors are usually covered with a bit of grease or metal dust, which is normal for an industrial unit. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time, so the walls have some marks and the furniture is old, but it works for us. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out on the floor watching the loading. It’s not a quiet job, and the summer heat in this area can be really tough. But we’ve got our routine down. We just focus on the steel and getting things out to the people who bought them. There’s no big secret to what we do; it’s just hard work and keeping track of the inventory.
