S.B.M & Company Pvt. Ltd. is located at 5091-92 in Rui Mandi, right in the middle of the Sadar Bazar area. If you have ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know it is one of the most crowded places you can find. There are people, rickshaws, and handcarts everywhere you look. Our building is right in the thick of it. We have been doing wholesale trade from this spot for many years now. The office is really just a place to keep our ledgers and take a seat between orders. Most of the time we are out on the floor checking the stock or talking to the transporters. It is a loud and dusty environment, but there is a lot of energy in the market. We don't have any polished corporate talk here. We just deal with people directly and honestly. Sometimes the orders get complicated and the narrow lanes make it hard to move goods, but we have a system that works. We know the other merchants on the street, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a bit of a maze to get to us if you don't know the way, but we like being in the heart of the action. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. Our reputation in the mandi is what keeps us going. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s the life we know.
