You can find B.R.Arora & Associates (P) Ltd over on the second floor of building 233 in Kalyan Vihar. This is our Delhi office. It’s a decent-sized space, nothing too over the top. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get on with the work. Kalyan Vihar is a nice area, a bit quieter than some of the other parts of the city. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a long time. We know the routines and we know what needs to be done. It’s a private limited setup, so there is always some paperwork to be finished. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We prefer to keep things functional and tidy. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying a lot of files, but it keeps us moving. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like something we aren't. We are just a local office doing our jobs. Customers usually come in because they were told about us by someone else. We value that kind of trust. It’s a basic operation, but we are consistent. Every morning we open up, have some tea, and start on the day's tasks. That's how it's been for years. The second floor is a bit of a climb but it works for us.
