Richa & Co. is located in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. We don’t have a massive office building or anything like that; we’re just part of the neighborhood here. Shalimar Bagh is a pretty busy area of North Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows. From the sound of the rickshaws to the local markets opening up, the energy of the city is always right there. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. Our workspace is pretty simple, with just the essentials needed to keep the business going. We aren’t big on fancy decorations or expensive office gadgets. Most of our day is spent handling the usual paperwork and keeping things organized. It can get quite hot in the summer months, so the air conditioning is a necessity, even if it’s a bit noisy. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels like a real community. You see the same people every day at the tea stalls or the local shops. Richa & Co. isn’t trying to impress anyone with a sleek image; we are just here to do the work that needs to be done. It’s a practical setup in a busy part of the city, and it serves us well. We just show up, do our jobs, and head home like everyone else in Shalimar Bagh. It's a humble spot but it's where we feel we belong, just another small business in a huge city like Delhi.
