Rajendra P Gupta Associates

Our office is sitting at R 7 in Gopal Park, right here in Delhi. Rajendra P Gupta Associates has been operating out of this neighborhood for a long time now. It’s not one of those shiny buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a converted house that fits our needs just fine. We have a few rooms filled with books and old files. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. The street outside, R 7, can get pretty crowded with cars and people, especially in the afternoons. We’ve grown used to the noise of the city. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing people. It’s just Rajendra and the rest of us handling the daily work that comes our way. People from around Gopal Park usually just knock on the door when they need something. We don't really do appointments in a formal way. If we are here, we talk. The 110033 area has changed a lot since we started, with new shops opening up all the time. But our little corner stays pretty much the same. The fans hum all day to keep the Delhi heat away. We don't use much fancy technology, just what we need to get the job done. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It might not look like much, but it’s our space and we are comfortable here. The postman stops by around noon every day with more letters to sort.
