Rajeev Metals is located at H-135 in Sector-5 of the Bawana Industrial Area. Bawana is a huge place, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the sector numbers. Our unit is a standard industrial shed where we handle a lot of metal processing and storage. The noise is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. We deal with different kinds of alloys and sheets, stacking them up high along the walls to save every bit of space we can. The morning usually starts with a list of orders that came in the night before. Sector-5 is always buzzing with activity, people moving pallets and forklifts beeping everywhere you go. It’s a tough environment, especially in the summer when the metal gets very hot to the touch. We keep a big water cooler in the corner for everyone to stay hydrated. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the road, so we spend time every Saturday cleaning up the office area. The desk is covered in samples and bits of metal we’re testing for different projects. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to get the day's orders out on time and make sure the count is right before the trucks leave. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
